Damon Uherek & Gordon Tewart during the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 started doing what they knew best, and that was BBQ. Cooking meals for people that needed them during this time sparked the want to do this full time. So soon after Boot Shooters BBQ became not only a cook off team but a food truck and catering company. Being able to do what they love and sharing it with the city of Houston has turned into something incredible. With every passing year this company is growing!
